I also have a background in corporate wellness and my offerings are available via videoconferencing for your employees (or in-person in the NYC area).
If you’d like to have a group Breathwork session ( 5+ people), that can be arranged as well. I also offer a variety of Ayurvedic workshops and can curate unique Breathwork experiences for your group (via Zoom or in-person in NYC).
Workshops/group events can be booked for 30-60 minutes (or more upon request). Price varies depending on group size and location. Please provide details using the contact form on this page.
