YOUR FREE 30 MINUTE SESSIONSMy mat pilates sessions are programmed to fit your unique goals. Expect the fundamentals of Joseph Pilates’ classical mat series with a sprinkle of contemporary mixed in : ). Each session is a full body workout with an intentional emphasis on awareness of breath, control, centering and precision
❋ Intentional StructureIntention is where the magic lies. When you show up ready to focus and be fully present in the movement you can completely transform. Move with intention. Move with awareness
❋ 1:1 Customized ProgrammingI work with clients on full body awareness however each session will be catered to you and your body. Modifications are always provided and limited mobility or movement will be factored into each session
❋ Expert FacilitationI have decades of training in how the body moves safely and efficiently. I never teach beyond my scope of practice. Expect a deep understanding of anatomy and injury prevention in each session
❋ A Supportive SpaceComfort, safety, and respect are my top priorities. Show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
FAQWhat to expect
WHat DOES A SESSION ENTAIL?Every 30 minute session will consist of a full body exploration of a mix of CLASSICAL AND CONTEMPORARY PILATES. Expect a warm up, upper body, lower body, abdominal muscle focus along with specific exercises focusing on balance and mobility in all planes of motion.
HOW MUCH DO SESSIONS COST?Sessions are COMPLETELY FREE. I am finishing up my classical mat pilates training teaching hours through SPRING at East River Pilates in NYC
Is THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY SESSIONS I CAN BOOK?NO! Book as many as you’d like. Once I have completed my required 40 hours of teaching I will end this offering
CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON JOIN A SESSION?Yes! Feel free to have friends and fam join you for a group session. JUST MAKE SURE YOU LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE
WHAT PROPS DO I NEED?HOW DO I BOOK MY SESSION(S)?A yoga mat is required. If you have yoga blocks, a pilates ring, light, medium or heavy weights, resistance bands and/or ankle weights please let me know when you BOOK your session.
