Welcome to the start of a beautiful relationship–with yourSELF

“Where the breath goes, the mind follows.”

Breathwork is an active, dynamic, sustained pranayam (breath control) technique that encourages you to get out of your thoughts and into your body and subconscious mind.

How this modality affects people varies- it can be relaxing, it can be energizing, it can involve cathartic release or help you gain confidence in your decisions but no matter what, it is a way to be present with all parts of yourself.

If you’d like to book a 30-60 minute in-person session for your workplace, party or special event please get in touch via my CONTACT page.

My Journey

My first experience with Breathwork was on a high school field trip. I was 18 years old and had no idea what I was getting into, but it was a profound and intriguing experience. Still, I didn’t try it again until around 2009—again, I had an amazing, uplifting experience and again, I left it. In 2016, I came back to the breath for good.

I began attending group Breathwork regularly and experienced more change in the span of a week than I had in the past five years. I was hooked.

Just practicing every couple of weeks wasn’t enough, so in 2017, I went to New Mexico to experience teacher training.  It was five days of breathing and deep catharsis. Most inspiring of all, I received a very clear message out there in the desert: that I was to pursue leading groups of people through Breathwork as a space holder, so they could freely express and release what has been holding them back from reuniting with their true selves. I came back to New York energized and determined to engage as many people as possible with this powerfully healing spiritual work.

Breathwork has changed me for the better and I am forever grateful to be offering this practice to others.
